The architect José Moragues founded in 2009 Singular Studio, a study of architecture, interior design and landscaping integrated by a group of exceptional professionals enthusiastic about their profession, involved with the environment and with the responsibility of creating intense and timeless spaces that captivate people without the imperative of obeying fashions and where imagination and discipline in the work give way to technical rigor to solve the tasks with accuracy.
We develop services of architecture, interior design, landscaping, urban planning and project management, understanding the work from an environment of multi-specialty, and where the result is an achievement of the procedure.
Our creation embodies a set of experiences with a remarkable human approach, in order to encourage, contribute, improve and progress together with those who inhabit them, our customers.
Multidisciplinary team to carry out architectural projects in Manacor, always working with sustainability and harmony. We provide to the constructions we manage in Manacor all the commissions with precision with which to achieve the best result.
Our company has been awarded in international exhibitions where we highlight the Cemex Building Award 2017 (award "best international housing in the residential category"). It has also been advertised in specialized magazines and media, such as Cemento-Hormigón, Casa Viva, SB Class & Villas, and analyzed as a case study in the CIAB (International Congress of White Architecture) or in the research institute Think Tank with the article: "The new architectural sustainability: towards the new paradigm".
