The design of this house has been entrusted us by a client with whom we have been working for years. Their home will be on the same plot of their property. One of the challenges of the project was to maintain the layout of their old house to facilitate the transition, therefore, we rebuilt the plot respecting its original condition.
The innovative two floors design, with half storeys adapted to the slope of the land, maximises the garden space, renewing the landscaping with native species, including ferns and orchids exclusive to the Montgó Natural Park, normally planted in the wetter and shaded areas.
The exterior of the house offers a Mediterranean style with details in dark steel and limestone masonry, reflecting the personality and Scandinavian origin of the client. Regarding the materials, we use three types: stone, lime-based mortar (bactericidal and flexible) and steel imitation forging texture. The house, equipped with the best technology, complies with Breeam and Well standards, ensuring energy efficiency and well-being.
