A house with easy communication, CA SABINA, is placed in the small village of San Antonio de Benagéber. Its center of masses presides the position in a protagonist place, surrounding the existing vegetation. There is a continuous connection between the interior and exterior of the house, everything happens inside and around. Geometric plan and simple construction, marks the continuation of a brutalism sensitized by the layout and the textures that compose its volumetry. The rectilinear forms are sculpted by a single stone material, concrete, which forms into two different sections. Its combination will be the origin of the compositional wealth in each of its facades.
